Even Kansans Offended By Obama's Bitterness Remark

Peter along with many Missourians made it clear this week that Barack Obama's disparaging statements about those Americans living and working outside of liberal enclaves like San Francisco will not be tolerated.  And it appears our fine neighbors in Kansas feel the same way. Hays Daily News columnist Will Manly does a fine job calling Obama out for attacking those of us who support our religion and Second Amendment rights:

"Here's a thought: Maybe, just maybe, us simpletons in small towns find it harder to be bigoted than all o' y'all cityfolk. Maybe, in small towns, where everybody knows your name -- and how hard you work, if you pay your taxes, how well you treat your neighbors, how often you volunteer in the community, and whether or not you're a good parent -- people see the content of your character, so they don't give a hoot about the color of your skin. (But I grew up in a small town where about a third of the population is of a different race than me. What do I know?)"

What is clear is that the rampant liberalism being espoused by Barack Obama is offensive to Missourians and to most Americans. So here's to Will Manly, who had the courage to tell it like it is. Hat tip to Red County via thestirlonine.com for posting Manly's article.
